Martin Eyking
Chief Executive Officer
Martin started MobEntServ in early 2007 with a humble staff of 5 in a serviced office in the heart of Bangkok. As a classic entreperneur, he has dabbled in various businesses, prevailing from the occasional bumps on his road to success. Having been in the Mobile Phone Industry since the development of the Motorola Bag Phone between the years of 1992-2000, it clearly shows his extensive knowledge and expertise in this industry, exceptionally on a global scale.
Martin considers himself a passionate worker, defining work as a hobby. When not in the office he prefers spending quality time with his family and two dogs, takes pleasure in both surfing and golf and or settling with a good book.
He was born in The Netherlands and moved to Australia in 1987. He now calls Melbourne home with his lovely wife, Chloe and three adorable kids.
Maye Bautista
Accounts Manager
Ermae Bautista or "Maye" as she is fondly called by her friends and family is a perfect definition of a person who would be a perfect friend; she's been described as jolly, bubbly, easy to be with, down to earth and someone you can rely on anytime. Maye is a fan of outdoor activities like badminton, swimming, volleyball and lawn tennis. Music to her would be a unique mix of old school tunes, alternative and sometimes rock. She has a wide range of interests but her top three would be from the Computer and Information Technology sphere especially Mobile, Internet and Social Networking. Coming up with ideas and answers is literally a "walk in the park" for her since she considers "walking" as her personal foolproof solution for clearing up her head to help her think better and deeper.
Maye's top priority is the welfare and well-being of her family. She lives day by day with the catchphrase, be yourself and you will see it works a lot better.
Jennifer Francisco
Human Resources Manager
Jenn lives by the day as her motto in life, carpe diem, indicates. Her love for meaningful and nepalis music and 80's tunes, her ability to play the piano, her zeal in singing having been part of a choir herself and her quiet time spent for her love of sketching is a stark contrast to her liking in sports such as swimming and table tennis, but considers archery as her personal favorite as evident of her being part of her school varsity team during her college days. Jenn likewise, enjoys Photography and being a nature lover, she considers taking shots of scenic beaches and stunning sunsets. She enjoys a good meal, preferably Chinese food and Pizza as much as watching the CSI Series on television. Jenn would happily spend a lazy afternoon with a good book - the Harry Potter Series and Twilight Saga along with literature that moves the soul like Practicing the Now by Echkart Tolle and Everyday Kharma by Carmen Hara.
Happily married for twelve years, Jenn spends as much time as she can at home with her charming ten year old daughter. Proof that everyone has a bit of their childhood left in them, Jenn enjoys watching cartoons and she names the movies Shrek and Cars as her favorites. She says that she watches cartoons and pick up power lines from time to time, the latest she has is from the movie Cars: "If you don't know how to look back how can you go forward."
Life provides everyone the opportunity to meet people who inspire us one way or another, but for Jenn, her Dad is leader of them all.
Merlene Leano
IT Manager
Everyone who knows her and is close to her calls her "Chique." She races through life with the thought, I live in reality and not in dreams. If her hobbies could be converted into a Pie Graph, the biggest slice would be the time spent with her son, apart from surfing the world wide web. And let's not forget her love for cooking and good food; included on her top list would be prawns, pasta marinara and pizza. When she finds time to sit infront of the tube, she channel surfs among Travel, Cooking and News programs. Aside from all that, Chique also indulges herself into some sport activities such as Tennis, Volleyball and Badminton. She surrounds herself with a number of pets including two Rottweilers named "Gary" and "Gaara," a pit bull called "Seven" and a siamese cat lovingly called "Stitch."
When asked who is her personal hero, Chique is quoted saying about her son, "Leone is my personal hero, he saved my life big time and he continues to inspire me everyday."
Ashley Ballesteros

Ash can be your best friend or worst enemy. For her, life is a matter of choice, and you can choose to either love her or hate her. She's oftentimes misuderstood as intimidating and a snob but she qualifies that she simply choose the people who can level with her when it comes to intellectual conversations. In saying this, she admits that she doesn't care what other people say and think about her because she believes that it doesn't significantly contribute to her success anyway.
When asked of her personal hero, the person to come in her mind is former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos who she considers as a great president and an intellectual lawyer, having been the first to take and pass the oral exam for lawyers. Ash stands by the saying, We do things because we want it, but sometimes we ought to do it because we need to.
Television for Ash would be sitting through the latest season of Gossip Girl and she allows herself one sport which is Volleyball. How to use the word coffee three times in one sentence that involves her would be: Ashley loves to hang out in Coffee Shops, drinking a tall cup of exqusitely delicious Caramel Coffee with her pet cat named Coffee in tow.
For Ash, music is medicine for the soul, which explains her love for different genres that include R&B, Soul, Pop and House. Her love of music extends to her ability to play the guitar and partying. She is quoted saying, "Mingling is my own comfort zone, partying like a rockstar." Ashley in one word? Flamboyant.
Karlo Andrei Aguilar
Creative Projects Manager
You can call him Karl and he believes that you only get what you give. He is MobEntServ's official Alpha Geek and Brandstormer and probably one of the world’s many Firefox and Open Source enthusiasts. This keen interest extends to his choice of hobbies that includes updating himself with iApps and browsing through websites like Ajaxian and CSSRemix. But let's not package Karl as someone whose interest border only to anything technology-related, although he admits to considering his iPhone 3G as his pet. The other side of him also digs sports like MotoGP, F1, Surfing, Skateboarding, Basketball and Motocross Racing. A man has to eat and you can get his appetite on by feeding him anything Beef, Thai, American and Filipino, naming Blue Marlin Steak as the star. And take note that his love for food equals his love for cooking.
Karl’s choice of writing would be the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. He could listen to music the whole day as long as it’s from Incubus, Deftones, Psychedelic Chill along with anything trance, house, and jazz. But his musical inclination doesn't stop there. Karl also enjoys playing the guitar, drums and the Smule Ocarina on his iPhone. Movies like Scarface, Carlito’s Way, Transformers, District 9, G.I. Joe and Illusionist caught his attention while television programs hosted by ESPN, Discovery and Nat Geo helps him survive the sometimes mundane world of TV programming. Taking a cue from his choice of flicks, Karl outlines his personal heroes in the form of popular film characters -- Optimus Prime, Tony Montana and Carlito Brigante -- saying that how these characters showed so much effort in striving for peace and equality inspires him to do his part in the society, no matter how small it is.
April Sarah Mamaril

Sarah 's interests range from books to movies to computers to extreme sports. Her day to day battlecry is, nobody would really care if I'm miserable so i might as well be happy.
She appreciates the fun offered by the nightlife but majority of the time she'd rather read a book, repeatedly going through the titles written by Jeffrey Archer, John Grisham, Paulo Coelho, C.S. Lewis, Neil Gaiman, J.K. Rowling, Tolkien and Anne Rice. She has an eclectic choice in both movies and music. Choice flicks for her would range from Korean Melodramas to Chinese Kung-Fu Action movies to Period Dramas to War Films and the latest Chick Flick just for laughs. Music to her is a crazy mix of The Beatles, Switchfoot, Fall Out Boys, 3 Days Grace, Rachael Yamagata and Kelly Clarkson. Computers and the internet are an essential part of her day to day survival -- for browsing the web, playing online multiplayer games, news updates, twittering and blogging. Sarah is also an extreme sports enthusiast playing her choice sport of Airsoft whenever the weather's perfect for playing conditions, though she tries to catch the latest Tennis games on television as well, proclaiming his love for rising tennis star Robin Soderling. She could live on fried chicken all her life and considers Filipino and Italian cuisine second.
Heroes are easy to come by, she can choose to name great presidents or amazing geniuses or inspiring philantrophics, but for Sarah her Dad is the only person worth to be called her personal hero.
